FOR PARENTS

Being a Stage Parent isn’t easy…

We’ve worked with Child Performers for nearly 40 years, that means we’ve also worked with their parents for that long. At The Performing Option, we understand how much efforts the kids put in, but also how demanding having kids in showbiz can be on the rest of the family.

While the kids are in class, take the pressure off a bit and enjoy the opportunity to network with other parents.

During our weekend classes and Summer Camps, we include a ‘parent session’ to help you learn more about the business. We give you the low down on how important your role is in your child’s career, and answer baffling questions such as; Do I need a Manager or an Agent? What fees should I expect? How do I support my child but make sure he/she’s not taken advantage of?
